43-year-old Cesar's own story is uncommon, even by Hollywood measures.
He was
naturally introduced to servile neediness in Culiacan, Mexico, where three ages
of his family lived in a one-room shack. His extra time was spent on the ranch

canines.
In December 1990, he cleared out

It was a change that almost
